农民工回乡创业行为影响因素分析——基于江西省回乡农民工调查

为了分析农民工回乡创业行为的相关影响因素,对江西省回乡农民工进行了调查,将影响农民工回乡创业的因素分成创业主体内部因素和创业外界环境因素,利用SPSS分析工具,运用二元Logistic模型对农民工回乡创业行为影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:在创业主体内部影响因素中,年龄、性别、婚姻状况、家庭人口数等因素对其回乡创业的影响不显著,而文化程度、家庭年收入、从业年限、技术管理能力及风险意识等因素对其回乡创业的影响显著;在创业外界环境因素中,金融支持额度、交通便利程度等因素对其回乡创业的影响显著,而税费减免对其回乡创业的影响不显著。

Analysis of Affect Factors for the Migrant Workers Returning to Hometown for Entrepreneurial——Based on Survey in Jiangxi Province

In order to analyze the related factors of the entrepreneurial behavior of migrant workers returning to hometown,affent factors of returning to hometown were divided into subject internal factors and outside environmental factors based on the survey of Jiangxi Province.factors-affecting of migrant workers returning to hometown were analyzed using Binary Logistic Model baesd on SPSS.The results show that in subject internal factors,the the factors of age,gender,marital status and family size are secondary factors,but education,annual household income,working years,the ability of technology management and risk awareness are major factors.In the outside environmental factors,the factors of the amount of financial support,transportation convenience are major factors,the factor of tax relief is secondary factor.
