不同饵料对西施舌稚贝生长及消化酶活性的影响

摘    要:将壳长6.60±0.03mm的西施舌稚贝随机分为3组,每组投喂不同饵料,分别为藻类(XZ组)、配合饲料(XL组)和藻类与配合饲料的混合饵料(XH组),各设3个平行,20d后测定各组稚贝生长指标、消化酶活性以研究不同饵料对稚贝生长、消化功能的影响。结果:西施舌成活率在88.2%~96.6%。稚贝壳长增量各组间差异显著(P0.05),壳长平均增量XH组XZ组XL组。不同饵料组对西施舌体重影响不显著(P0.05)。不同饵料对西施舌稚贝蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活性都有显著影响(P0.05)。蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活力XH组XL组XZ组;纤维素酶比活力XZ组XH组XL组;脂肪酶比活力XL组XH组XZ组。

Effects of Different Kinds of Bait on the Growth and Digestive Enzyme Activity of Juvenile Coelo- mactra antiquata

Abstract:A 20 days feeding trial was conducted to evaluate effect of different diets on growth performance and digestive en- zyme activities of juvenile Coelomactra antiquate. The juveniles 6. 60±0. 03mm were fed with Algae (Group_XZ) , formu- lated diet ( Group_ XL) ,and Group _XH was fed with Algae and formulated diet. The results showed: The survival rate of the juvenile C. antiquata was between 88.2% and 96. 6% in the treatments. The increment of shell length were found to be significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ) among the three groups, and Group _XH 〉 Group_XZ 〉 Group_ XL. The increment of weight were found to be not significantly different ( P 〉 0. 05 ) among the three groups, proteinase activities,amylase activi- ties,eelluase activities,lipase activities was were found to be significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ) among the three groups. The tendency of proteinase activities and amylase activities was Group _XH 〉 Group_ XL 〉 Group XZ; The tendency of celluase activities was Group XZ 〉 Group _XH 〉 Group_ XL ; The tendency of lipase activities was Group_ XL 〉 Group _XH 〉 Group_XZ.
