| 摘 要： | 生物信息学课程在农业院校陆续开设。基于多媒体网络教室的讲、练、做一体化的生物信息学课堂教学模式,以问题为导向,引导学生自主探究、合作学习进行课堂教学。网络教学环境下的生物信息学课堂教学模式充分利用现代教育技术,实现了信息技术与学科教学的有效整合,对培养农业院校学生的创新思维与实践能力具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Bbioinformatics curriculum was set up in succession in agricultural universities.The essay mainly introduced the classroom teaching mode of bioinformatics based on multimedia-network classroom.We integrated teaching and practicing,adopted problem-based learning,explored cooperation in the independent learning.The classroom teaching mode of bioinformatics under the circumstances of network makes full use of modern education technology to achieve integration of information technology and subject teaching,and greatly improves quality of teaching. |
