乌鲁木齐市城市化与人居环境的协调发展分析

摘    要:通过对乌鲁木齐市在1999-2009年的实证资料,分别建立了城市化和人居环境的指标体系,运用熵值法和层次分析法共同求出各指标权重后,根据加权求和确定城市化和人居环境的综合评价值。通过建立协调发展度模型分别求出1999-2009年的城市化和人居环境协调度,并在已给出的各指标标准下对乌鲁木齐城市化与人居环境的协调发展度及其类型进行了分析。结果表明:(1)乌鲁木齐市城市化和人居环境的协调发展度在不断增强。(2)在1999-2001年,城市化水平落后于人居环境水平的中度失调到勉强协调的过渡阶段。(3)在2001年后处在人居环境水平落后于城市化水平的勉强协调到良好协调发展过渡阶段。最后根据已有研究,结合乌鲁木齐的实际情况提出了几点建议。

Analysis on Coordination between Urbanization and Environment of Human Settlement in Urnmqi

Abstract:In this paper, based on the imperical date of Urumqi in1999 -2009, respectively, urbanization and living envi- ronment are set up. After calculating the weight of each index by using the entropy methord and AHP, determine in accord- ance with the weighted sum of the value of comprehensive evaluation. To establish a coordinated dewelopment model are ob- tained 1999 -2009 Urbanization and Habitat COORDINATION, and given index standard analyze urbanization and hunman settlement environment coordianted development degree and type. The results show that : (1) The coordinated development degree of Urumqi is growing. (2) In 1999 -2001, the level of urbanization lags behind the other in transition phase from moderate disorders to barely coordinated conditions. (3) The fact that level of living environment falls behind urbanization, s after 2001 shows that the coordinated development level access to a good state of development. Finally, make some sugges- tions based on existing research and the combination of the actual situation in Urumqi.
