| 摘 要： | 湛江市为全国四大糖业基地之一,甘蔗种植和糖料加工的历史相当悠久。追溯湛江甘蔗糖业的发展历史,总结甘蔗糖业发展规律,提出湛江甘蔗糖业应朝国际化、集团化、机械化、产业化和股份化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Zhanjiang City is one of the four bases of sugarcane industrial in the whole country with the long history of sugarcane planting and sugar processing.Tracing back to the development of Zhanjiang sugarcane industrial,this paper summarizes the way of which,and put forward developing direction on it towards to internationalization,collectivization,mechanization,industrialization,demutualization. |
