摘    要:应用相关分析法分析了烤烟两糖差与感官品质之间的相关性,采用模糊散点图处理小样本提供的模糊信息进一步分析两糖差与感官品质之间的相关性,并建立了相应的回归模型。结果表明:烤烟的两糖差与香气质、香气量、余味、杂气和刺激性之间线性相关性很弱,呈复杂的非线性关系;两糖差在2.4~3.4时,综合感官质量相对较好。感官品质不仅仅受两糖差影响,还与其他化学成分有关。

Abstract:By the method of correlation analysis,relations between the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar of cured tobacco and the sense quality have been analyzed.Fuzzy scatter diagram is introduced for further analysis of the correlation to make full use of the fuzzy information of small sample.Also we set up a regression model.The result showed that there is not linear correlation between the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar and sense quality of cured tobacco,but is complex non-linear correlat...
