摘 要: | 以香菇栽培菌糠为材料,研究微波辅助提取菌糠多糖的提取工艺。通过单因素试验,探讨提取温度、料液比、提取时间、微波功率等对香菇菌糠多糖得率的影响,并以多糖得率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。实验结果表明:微波辅助提取香菇菌糠多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度100℃、料液比1:20(g/ml)、提取时间60min和微波功率700W,在此条件下,香菇菌糠多糖的提取率为5.92%,提取时间较传统水提法缩短40%。

Abstract: | Microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Lentinula edodess spent mushroom substrate was investigated by examing the effects of temperature,material /liquid ratio,extraction time,microwave power on polysaccharide yield using single factor method.The experimental results showed that the optional values of the above parameters were determined as follows: temperature 100℃,material /liquid ratio 1:20(g/ml),extraction time 60min and microwave power 700W.Under such conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was 5.92%,and the exaction time was shortened 40% compared with the traditional hot water extraction. |
