海藻多糖对肉杂鸡免疫功能的影响

探讨海藻多糖对肉杂鸡的免疫功能的影响。方法：选用1日龄健康AA鸡与新罗曼蛋鸡杂交鸡150只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3组（每组50只）。Ⅰ组按每只每天饮水中添加20mg海藻多糖,Ⅱ组按每只每天饮水中添加20mg黄芪多糖,Ⅲ组饮自来水。分别在21、42日龄每组随机选5只称重后,心脏采血,用于白细胞、淋巴细胞转化率和抗体水平测定;并立即剥离胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏,称重。结果：Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组相比,海藻多糖组在21、42日龄都能显著提高免疫器官系数（P〈0.05）、抗体水平（P〈0.05）、血液淋巴细胞数量（P〈0.05）,其中对脾脏系数、血液白细胞数量差异极显著（P〈0.01）。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组相比,海藻多糖在21、42日龄都能显著提高血液白细胞数量（P〈0.05）、脾脏系数（P〈0.05）。在42日龄抗体水平异极显著（P〈0.05）。结论：海藻多糖能促进免疫器官的发育,显著提高血清抗体水平和白细胞数量、淋巴细胞转化率。说明海藻多糖具有提高肉鸡免疫功能的作用。

Effects of Algae Polysaccharides on the Immune Function of Crossing Chickens

The experiments were to study the effects of algae polysaccharides on the immune function of crossing chickens.Method： 150 AA and Roman chickens at the age of one-days were selected and randomly divided into three groups.namely Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ groups.The average body weight of each group is not significant different.From the 5 day old,The Algae polysaccharides of 20mg was supplemented to drinking water for groupⅠ,and the retch polysaccharides of 20mg was supplemented to drinking water for group Ⅱ,and the control group which drinking normal water.Of 21-day old and 42-day old,5 chickens choosed from each group had been slaughtered.The thymus,the bursa of fabricius and the spleen were extract and weighed.Results： Compared with the control group,immune organs index（P0.05） and amounts of white cell（P0.01）and serums antibody titres to ND（P0.05）as well as quantity of lymphoid cell（P0.05）were significantly increased after algae polysaccharides added to stinking water at the age 21 and 42 days old.Conclusion： Algae polysaccharide can stimulate the growth of immune organ;Algae polysaccharide enhances the serum antibody titers to ND and the quantity of white cell,lymphocytes.These indicate that the immunity function of broilers are enhanced by adding the algae polysaccharide into drinking water.
