| 摘 要： | 该文分析了农业院校制药工程专业人才可迁移技能培养的背景及必要性,并提出了培养途径,主要包括:提高专业课程设置弹性,加强教学实践;完善考核模式,注重可迁移技能实践;加强师资队伍建设,激发学生求知兴趣等。

| Abstract: | The objective is to introduce the development research plan of transferable skills in department of pharmaceutical engineering,domestic agricultural colleges. In this article,the author detailedly proposed that it should improve the flexibility,strengthening teaching practice,perfect examination mode and pay at?tention to practice for transferable skills in department of pharmaceutical engineering of agricultural colleg?es. Furthermore,the author discussed strengthening the construction of teaching staff and stimulating stu?dents' learning interest and so on training scheme in pharmaceutical engineering of agricultural colleges for communication. |
