蔬菜的矿质营养及其生态意义

摘    要:矿质元素是构成蔬菜有机体必不可缺少的营养元素.矿质营养的不足可严重影响蔬菜的产量与品质.原生矿物质取自天然,施入土壤中有利于改善土壤通透性,防止土壤板结.有些碱性矿质肥料可以缓解土壤酸化和盐害,并且增加营养的多样性,促进平衡施肥.并可减少土壤肥力下降,减少土壤污染,有利于发展绿色农业和生态农业,有利于土壤环境改善,提高蔬菜抗逆性.

Abstract:Mineral nourishment is an indispensable part of vegetables.The lack of mineral nourishment could cause the yield and quality of vegetables lower.Some alkaline mineral fertilizers can resolve soil's acidification and salinization,keep the fertilizer's balance.To input natural mineral could improve the soil's breath and its environment,it also can reduce fertilizer's descent.Natural mineral could also reduce the soil pollution.To input natural mineral is advantageous to develop ecosystem agriculture and green agriculture,to improve vegetables' resestance.
