总黄酮提取纯化方法在薇菜成份分析中的应用

摘    要:采用微波辅助提取薇菜总黄酮,并用正交试验进行工艺参数的优化。同时选择4种大孔树脂,比较其对薇菜总黄酮的吸附量和解吸率,筛选出较优的大孔树脂并对其动态吸附及解吸性能进行考察。结果表明:优化的工艺条件为乙醇浓度40%,固液比1:50,微波功率为450w,微波处理时间为100s。X-5型大孔吸附树脂对薇菜总黄酮有较好的吸附及解吸效果;较好的吸附分离工艺参数为:上柱液浓度1.098mg/ml,吸附流速1BV/h,用70%乙醇浓度洗脱时,吸附率为68.94%;当吸附量为5.68mg/g,解吸率为51.13%,薇菜总黄酮的纯度为15.10%。

Abstract:Osmunda using microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids, and orthogonal test to optimize process parameters. At the same time, to choose four kinds of macroporous resin, compare its total flavonoids Osmunda adsorption and desorption rates, selected better macroporous resin and dynamic adsorption and desorption performance of inspection. The results showed that: optimization of process conditions for the ethanol concentration of 40%, solid-liquid ratio 1:50, microwave power is 450w, microwave processing time for the 100s. X-5-type macroporous adsorption resin total flavonoids Osmunda have better adsorption and desorption effects; better adsorptive separation process parameters as follows: the concentration of the liquid column 1.098mg/ml, adsorption velocity 1BV / h, with 70% ethanol the concentration of elution, the adsorption rate of 68.94%; when the adsorption capacity of 5.68 mg / g, desorotion rate of 51.13%. total flavonoids Osmunda nuritv of 15.10%.
