摘    要:目的:建立一种简便、快速的测定废水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDS)的紫外可见分光光度检测法。方法:利用3种显色剂对SDS进行UV-vis测定,外标法定量。结果:SDS在6~14mg/L范围内线性关系良好。对2种废水进行的加标回收实验的回收率分别为96.7%和97.2%,相对标准偏差分别为5.2%和2.9%。结论:该方法操作简便,能够满足生活废水中SDS含量的测定要求。

Analysis and Detection of SDS in Waste Water

Abstract:Objective:The aim was to construct a sample and quick method for the detection of SDS in waste water by UV-vis.Method:Three color agent were used to detect SDS by UV-vis,and quantified by an external standard mode.Result:The SDS showed a good linear relationship with the range of 6~14mg/L with the correlation coefficient R2=0.998. The average recoveries of two waste water were 96.7% and 97.2% respectively,and the relative standard deviation were 5.2% and 2.9% respectively. Conclusion:The detection method was easy to operate,which could satisfy the requirements of the detection of SDS in waste water.
