硅酸盐细菌培养及解钾解硅能力的研究

摘    要:通过对2株硅酸盐细菌的培养特性的研究表明:2株硅酸盐细菌的最佳培养时间为24h,pH随培养时间呈逐渐下降的趋势,36h达到5.9。最佳培养温度为30℃。pH为7.0,高容氧量有利于2株细菌的生长。结果显示L1菌株的解钾能力是16%,提高有效硅含量8.86%,L2菌株的解钾能力是9%,提高有效硅含量9.30%,L1+L2解钾能力为18%,提高有效硅含量10.68%。2株硅酸盐细菌的溶钾能力较弱而解硅能力较强。

The Research of Culture Characteristic and Ability of Silicon and Potassium Dissolving of Two Sili- cate Bacteria

Abstract:The results showed the best culture time of the two silicate bacteria was 24h, pH was downward with culture time going on up to 5.9 at 36h. The best temperature was 30 ℃, the value of pH was 7.0. High - capacity oxygen was benefit to the growth of bacteria. The ability of potassium solution of the L1 strain was 16 percent. The increasing content of effective silicon was 8.86% by the L1 treatment compared with CK. The ability of potassium solution of the L2 strain was 9 percent. The increasing content of effective was 9.30% by the L2 treatment compared with CK. The ability of potassium solution of the L1 + L2 was 18%. The increasing content of effective was 10.68% by the L1 + L2 treatment compared with CK. They dissolved potassium weakly and had strong ability of silicon solution.
