崇明薄皮甜瓜种质资源鉴定与分析

摘    要:通过对25份崇明薄皮甜瓜种质的生长期主要农艺性状及单瓜性状的调查研究,揭示有关农艺性状的相关性,并通过聚类分析,结合薄皮甜瓜主要特征,筛选出优质甜瓜种质材料。试验结果表明,不同崇明薄皮甜瓜种质材料生长期间主要农艺性状及单瓜性状存在一定差异,平均变异系数为2.6410,其中单瓜重的变异系数最大,为0.4456,叶形指数的变异系数最小,仅为0.0392。与其它性状呈负相关性最多的是单瓜重,瓜肉厚与单瓜重呈极显著正相关。聚类分析可将25份崇明薄皮甜瓜种质材料分成2大类。

Identification and Analysis of Chongming Cucumis Melo

Abstract:In the study, agronomic traits of 25 accession of cucumis melo from Chongming county Shanghai city was ana- lyzed, and their relationship among the accessions was revealed by correlation analysis and cluster analysis, combination the main characteristics of cucumis melo, screening of higher quality of melon germplasm. The results showed that certain differ- ences existed among trains of the different germplasm materials. The mean coefficient of variation was 2. 6410, the weight of the single fruit and the index of leaves shape were the highest and the lowest, were 0.4456 and 0.0392, respectively. A neg- ative correlation with other traits is the largest single melon weight, melon flesh and single melon weight showed extremely significant positive correlation. In addition ,two groups were clustered based on their trains.
