库尔勒市土地利用效益耦合关系研究

目的]分析库尔勒市土地利用的社会经济效益与生态环境效益之间的动态耦合关系,为库尔勒市土地资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。方法]通过构建土地利用效益评价指标体系和耦合协调度模型对库尔勒市土地利用的社会经济效益和生态环境效益的耦合关系进行了研究。结果]库尔勒市土地利用效益耦合度在不断提高,具体分为3个阶段:(1)2000-2002年社会经济效益极度滞后,耦合协调度在0.5以下波动;(2)社会经济效益增长非常快,生态环境效益总体上升,但是波动很大;(3)2008-2009年,生态环境效益比较滞后,二者达到优质耦合协调,但是耦合度增长缓慢。结论]为了促进库尔勒市土地资源的可持续利用,现阶段土地资源的利用一方面要控制城市建设用地的增长,提高土地的集约利用水平;另一方面,优化经济结构,降低能耗,走循环经济发展之路。

Analysis on Coupling Relationship of Land Use benefits in Korla City

Method ] Through establishing the evaluation index system of land use efficiency and it＇ s coupling model of coordination degree, Re- vealing the dynamic coupling interaction and coupling law between socio - economic benefits and eco - environment benefits of land use in Korla city. Result ] the evolving processes of coupling model of coordination degree of land use benefits can be divided into three stages in Korla. （1）2000 -2002, Socio- economic benefits was extreme lag, The Coordination degree of coupling waved below 0.5. （2） 2003 - 2007, Socio - economic benefit grew very fast, Eco - environment benefits increased overall, But more volatile. （3） 2008 - 2009, The ecological environment lags behind, Socio - economic benefits and eco - environment benefits achived a high quality coupling coordination, But the growth of the coupling coordination degree is very slow. Conclusion ] In order to achieve sustainable land use, such measures should be taken as controlling the scale of land for construction, improving the land use intensity, optimizing the economic structure, lowering the energy consumption and take the ＇circular economy developing ways.
