| 摘 要： | 在研究园林植物绿枝扦插和组织培养的基础上,利用植物扦插技术对日本垂枝樱花育苗进行探讨。用植物生长类物质处理不同季节的插穗,使其在植物适宜的生长环境条件下快速发根成苗,形成垂樱克隆系。

| Abstract: | Use Plant cuttings Technology to study the breeding of the Japanese weeping cherry blossom,which is on the foundation of researching at garden plants greenwood cutting and tissue culture.Use plant growth substances to deal with the cuttings in different seasons,so the vegetation is suitable for the growth of environmental conditions and rapidly express seedling root to form the line cloning of a weeping cherry tree. |
