摘    要:研究了外源水杨酸对油菜受到零上低温胁迫的缓解作用,以及不同施用模式对低温伤害的比较。结果表明,适当浓度的水杨酸能显著提高逆境胁迫下的植物体内脯氨酸的含量,能显著降低体内丙二醛的含量和质膜透性,说明水杨酸对低温胁迫有明显的缓解作用。

Abstract:Effects of salicylic acid ( SA ) on the rape under low-temperature stress were studied, at the same time, different modes of application were compared. The results showed that appropriate concentrations of salicylic acid could significantly increase Proline content in plants under low temperature , and could significantly decrease MDA content and membrane permeability in Brassica napus, which illustrated that salicylic acid could significantly increased the resistance of Brassica napus to low-temperature stress.
