| 摘 要： | 人才激励是企业管理过程中的一项重要工作,也是企业思想政治工作的重点。随着企业改革的不断深化,很多企业越来越注重员工在企业内部的职业生涯规划及梯队建设。本文通过分析建立员工激励机制的必要性以及建立激励机制基本原则,提出了科学合理的适合现代企业管理的员工激励机制途径。
