摘    要:本试验采用盆栽方法,研究不同浓度的DTA-6浸种对大豆苗期叶片碳代谢的影响,结果表明:DTA-6浸种各处理的可溶性糖、淀粉、蔗糖及转化酶活性均高于CK,并且各指标随DTA-6浓度的增加呈先升后降的趋势,均以P120处理效果最好.

Abstract:This paper using pot experiment,studied the effects of soaking the seeds of DTA-6 on the Carbon metabolism of soybean leaves. Tthe result showed that the soluble sugar, starch, cane sugar, the average content of free amino acids and invertase activity were all higher when soaking seed in DTA-6 than when treating it by CK, and then with the increasing thickness of DTA-6, every index takes on the trend of "first increasing and then decreasing". Also the better effect was also achieved at P120 level.
