| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以后,农村人口流动呈现出新的态势,即从初期的农村剩余劳动力＂逆淘汰＂式转移向农村人口城乡＂逆潮回流＂。农民工放弃在城市中较为稳定的工作,或是继续追求高薪职业的想法,选择在乡村从事较高风险的创业。而在现实当中,往往遭遇许许多多的制约因素,这里面有创业者自身因素,也有外部创业条件的制约。

| Abstract: | After the 1990s,flowing of the rural labor force presents the new situation,namely from the style of anti-elimination diversion in initial period to the way of returning home to start an enterprise.The rural laborer gives up a stable work and idea of pursuing the high salary occupation in the city,but taking a risk to choose to start his own business in village.The social phenomenon is thought-provoking.In fact in the course of starting new business in village the labor force backflow face a lot of trouble.... |
