摘    要:从加强培养大学生创新思维的目标出发,对食品科学与工程专业的实践教学进行了研究与体系构建,提出了“两线三层次”的实践教学体系。“三层次”即基本技能、综合设计、研究创新。“两线三层次”的实践教学体系运行需要基本技能平台、综合设计平台和研究创新平台三大平台支撑。新的实践教学体系在运行中取得了令人满意的效果。

Abstract:Practice teaching system of Food science and Engineering Specialty was researched and established to train creative thoughts of college students. We put forward the new Practice teaching system of "Two-Lines, Three-levels" . "Three-levels" namely refered to basic skills, combining design and creative research. "Two-Lines, Three-levels" system was carried out on the basis of basic skill platform, combining design platform and creative research platform. New practice teaching system had acquired satisfying effects in the stir of new practice teaching system.
