套袋对温州蜜柑果实营养成分的影响

摘    要:以宫川温州蜜柑为试材,研究了套袋对温州蜜柑果实营养成分的影响.结果表明,套袋后果肉中总糖、还原糖、蔗糖、淀粉、有机酸、维生素C、钙、锌、铁及蛋白质含量较未套袋的果实均有显著减少;粗纤维、类胡萝卜素、灰分、磷及脂肪含量与未套袋的果实差异不显著.

Abstract:The effect of Satsuma mandarin(Managua)with bag on nutrient compositions was studied in this paper and the results were following: Comparing to un-bagging,the compositions of total sugar,reducing sugar,cane sugar,asylum,organic acid,vitamin C,Ca,Zn,Fe and protein of fruit fell off sharply after bagging;whereas,the contents of crude fiber,corticoid,mineral ash,P and fattiness of fruit,which there were not any marked difference between bagging and CK.
