鲁西地区奶牛乳房炎病原菌分离鉴定及药敏试验

奶牛乳房炎是奶牛常见病和多发病之一，给奶牛饲养业带来了巨大的经济损失。本试验对鲁西多个奶牛场的奶牛临床型乳房炎病原菌进行分离、鉴定，从90份样品中分离出118株细菌，经培养特性、染色镜检、生化鉴定等试验，鉴定出无乳链球菌58株，占分离菌的49.15%；大肠杆菌25株，占分离菌的21.19%；金黄色葡萄球菌23株，占分离菌的19.49%，真菌12株，占分离菌的10.17%。分别对所有分离株进行16种药物的敏感性试验，结果表明；除真菌外所有菌株对诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星高度敏感，对临床常用的青霉素、链霉素等具有较高的耐药性。

Isolation, Identification and Drug Sensitivity of Bovine Mastitis Pathogenic Bacteria in west of Shandong

Dairy mastitis happens frequently in cattle farm and has brought the cattle farms large economic loss.118 bacterium were isolated from 90 samples of dairy mastitis in west of Shandong province,including 58 of streptococcus agalactiae(49.15%),25 of Escherichia coli(21.19%),23 of Staphylococcus Aureus(19.49%),12 of fungi(10.17%).Results of drug sensitive test show that most of the bacteria had high sensitivity to norfloxacin and levofloxacin and resistance to penicillin and streptomycin.
