| 摘 要： | 转基因技术在棉花种质创新和新品种选育方面取得了较大发展。该文综述了棉花转基因技术方法，系统地论述了转基因在棉花抗虫、抗除草剂、抗病、抗逆境以及高产优质等方面的研究进展，分析了转基因棉花产业相关问题，并概述了转基因抗虫棉育种成就及潜力。

| Abstract: | Great progress through transgenic technology have been made on cotton germplasm innovation and breeding. This paper summarized transgenic cotton advances in insect resistance,herbicide tolerance,dis?ease resistance,stress tolerance,as well as yield and quality improvement of fiber. Meanwhile,an assess?ment of transgenic cotton industry and its potential in transgenic breeding were present. |
