一株孔雀源大肠杆菌分离鉴定与致病特性初步研究

摘    要:无菌采取病死孔雀肝脏,进行病原菌的分离、鉴定、生化试验、毒力基因检测、动物毒力试验。结果表明:致病菌为大肠杆菌,至少携带有papC、iucD、tsh、irp2、iss5种毒力基因,具有高致病性,并且该菌对小白鼠和鸡有较强的致死性。

Abstract:The liver of a dead blue peafowl was taken by aseptic technique to isolate the pathogenic bacterium.Then pathogen identification,biochemical tests,virulence genes detection,animal virulence test were conducted.Results:The pathogen is Escherichia coli,at least carrying 5 kinds of pathogenic virulence genes as papC,iucD,tsh,irp2,iss of Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC).So it belongs to the high pathogenic E.coli,and also shows strong lethality in the tested mice and chicken.
