低温胁迫对水稻幼苗抗寒性生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:以能够在自然条件下越冬再生的粳稻WD1为试验材料,以湘粳2号(XG2)和桂武糯(GWR)为对照,研究了在低温处理前、低温处理后和低温处理后恢复2d 3个阶段的水稻幼苗叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CA T)等保护酶系活性的变化及丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量和细胞膜透性的变化对抗寒性的影响,为水稻耐低温育种提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to provide some theory basis for chill-resistance breeding of rice..In this experiment,WD1 which could regenerate through winter was used..XG2 and GWR were used as control.Changes of the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and Changes of the content of MDA and Pro in seedling before and after chilling stress were studied;Changes of.the saturation of the cell memberane is also studied in the same condition.
