摘    要:以云烟85为供试品种,2009年在四川省会理县红旗区南阁乡研究了不同SOD生物微肥喷施量对烤烟生理特性的影响。结果表明:SOD生物微肥能提高生育前中期烤烟叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,在烤烟生育后期有利于烤烟叶绿素的降解,有利于叶片适时成熟落黄。其中,在移栽期时喷施一次SOD生物微肥能有效提高烟株生育前中期叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量;在烟株生长的团棵期和旺长期时喷施SOD生物微肥,能促进烟株生育后期叶绿素的降解,有利于烟叶的正常落黄。喷施SOD生物微肥明显提高了烤烟叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和抗坏血酸(ASA)的含量,并减缓了还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的下降和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)和丙二醛(MDA)的积累。

Different SOD Biological Fertilizer Spraying Amount of the Impact of Physiological Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco

Abstract:Through experiment in Nange village,Hongqi district,Huili County in 2009,which was sprayed with different amount of SOD biological fertilizer on varity Yunyan 85,the good effects of improving disease resistance,increasing production and quality of tobacco plant were identified.The results show that: SOD can enhance the growth of biological fertilizer before the interim tobacco chlorophyll and carotenoid content in flue-cured tobacco growth is conducive to the late degradation of chlorophyll,is conducive to timely and mature leaf yellowing.Which,when sprayed in the transplanting of a bio-fertilizer can increase SOD tobacco before birth mid-chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid content;in the tobacco plant growth vigorous rosette stage and when the spraying of biological SOD fertilizer,tobacco can promote the degradation of chlorophyll late growth stage,is conducive to the normal leaf yellowing.SOD biological fertilizer spraying tobacco leaves significantly increased superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and ascorbic acid(ASA) content,slowing the glutathione(GSH) content decreased and superoxide anion radical(O2-) and malondialdehyde(MDA) accumulation,indicating that SOD enzymes of biological fertilizers can maintain higher leaf protection activity,maintain a high antioxidant content,is conducive to the timely removal of leaves of reactive oxygen species,reduce membrane lipid oxidation,reduce free radical damage to the cells,delaying leaf senescence.
