摘    要:白藜芦醇是多种植物中的抗病因子。采用高效液相色谱方法(HPLC),对紫外线辐射后花生植株不同组织部位中白藜芦醇及其衍生物含量进行了检测,系统地比较了花生不同组织部位白藜芦醇及其衍生物的时空含量分布。研究结果表明,紫外线辐射30min,在室温下(25℃)完全避光中放置,可明显提高花生植株中白藜芦醇及其衍生物含量。其中,花生根部Res及其衍生物对UV-C辐射诱导的敏感性远高于茎部和叶片,经紫外处理42h后,花生根部Res含量高达124.47μg/g,是对照的104.55倍。

Abstract:Resveratrol is a resistance factor in a wide variety of plant disease. The contents of resveratrol and stilbenes in different tissue of peatnut plant after be treatded with UV-C Irradiation by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) were detected, and a synthesis comparison about the content of resveratrol and stilbenes in different tissue of peatnut plant and different time after be treatded with UV-C Irradiation was shown. The data indicated that the contents of resveratrol and stilbenes in peatnut plant could be significantly improved after be treated with UV irradiation over a period of 30min and then stored in the dark at 25℃. In addition, the sensitivity of peanut roots to UV-C irradiation was much higher than the stems and leaves, after 42h in UV-treat, resveratrol in peanut roots level was up to 124.47 μ g/g, was 104.55 times to contrast.
