食品质量与安全专业毕业生就业状况研究与分析

为进一步提高食品质量与安全专业毕业生就业质量和就业率,对学院2011-2015届毕业生共计531人进行了就业状况调查,从毕业生就业情况,就业区域分布情况,毕业生初次就业率3个方面进行分析,发现近年来该专业毕业生就业率稳中有增、就业形势逐年好转、就业质量逐年提高,部分毕业生考上研究生继续深造。为提高就业质量和就业率,提出几点建议。

Employment Status of Graduates of Food Quality and Safety Specialty in West Anhui University

In order to improve the graduates' employment of Food Quality and Safety specialty,the paper carried out the investigation on 531 graduates' employment from 2011-2015 in College. By analyzing graduates' regional distri?butions,employment status and initial employment status,it concluded that the graduates' employment status of Food Quality and Safety specialty increased steadily,the employment situation and the quality of employment has im?proved year by year. Some graduates have been admitted to be a postgraduate for further study. Some countermea?sures were proposed to improve the employment quality and employment status.
