| 摘 要： | 采用GA溶液浸泡彩色马蹄莲种球,催芽播种,研究GA对彩色马蹄莲的生长影响,结果表明:GA低浓度处理种球可以促进种球萌发,并对彩色马蹄莲的开花有一促进作用,GA浓度在50~80μL/L左右效果较好,促进开花而没有畸形花出现。高于80μL/L浓度抑制植株的生长,并对生根有一定抑制作用。

Research on the Influence of GA on the Growth of Zantedeschia |

| Abstract: | By using the GA solution of Zantedeschia hybrida,germination seeding,the influence of GA on the growth of Zantedeschia was studied. The results showed that:GA of low concentration treatment of bulbs can promote the germination,and play a role in Zantedeschia blossom,GA concentration is better at 50~80μL/L,promoting blossom and no abnormal flowers appear.Higher concentration of 80μL/L inhibited the growth of plants,and had a certain inhibitory effect on rooting. |
