复合免疫调节剂改善低产肉种鸭生产性能中试效果研究

摘    要:将樱桃谷父母代鸭随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组日粮中添加1%复合免疫调节剂,饲喂45d,统计2组肉种鸭生产性能和蛋品质的差异。结果表明:试验组产蛋率显著高于不添加复合免疫调节剂的对照组(P〈0.05),平均蛋重差异不显著(P〉0.05);蛋品质测定各指标中试验组蛋黄颜色极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),其余各指标2组差异不显著(P〉0.05);试验组鸭群死淘率低于对照组鸭群死淘率,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。研究证实,本课题筛选出的复合免疫调节剂能有效改善低温、潮湿环境因素所致低产樱桃谷父母代肉种鸭的生产性能,适合在冬季寒冷季节肉种鸭日粮中推广应用。
