| 摘 要： | 在新条例实施的背景下,以陕西省新物业管理条例与陕西省旧物业管理条例为对象,采用SWOT分析方法进行分析,着重阐述陕西省新旧物业管理条例差异,并对于新条例所作的改进和增补进行分析研究,分析新条例的实施是否真的能够解决当前物业管理中存在的问题,从而得出新条例的实施有着促进社会和谐的结论。

| Abstract: | In the new ordinance in the implementation of the background of this article mainly by the Shanxi new property management ordinance and Shanxi province old property management regulations for the use of the theory with practice,a swot analysis methods of analysis.The new regulations are really able to solve the current property management problems,promote social harmony is a meaningful conclusion. |
