摘    要:目的:优选水提醇沉法提取地黄多糖的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计法,以多糖提取率为指标,通过考察提取温度、提取时间、液固比、醇沉浓度等因素对地黄多糖提取效果的影响,确定地黄多糖的最佳提取工艺参数。结果:提取工艺为温度100℃、液固比40∶1、提取时间2h、醇沉浓度80%时,地黄多糖的提取率最高。结论:该工艺条件稳定可行,可以作为地黄中多糖的提取工艺参考。

Abstract:Objective :To optimal the technology conditions of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.Methods:Use orthogonal test,The polysaccharide extraction rate as the index,By examining the extraction temperature,extraction time,liquid to solid ratio,ethanol concentration on Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide effect,To determine the Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide optimum extraction parameters Results :Extraction process for the temperature 100 ℃,liquid to solid ratio of 40∶ 1,the extraction time 2h,the concentration of 80% ethanol precipitation,The polysaccharides of Rehmannia glutinosa is the maximum extraction rate.Conclusion: The process conditions are Viable and stable,May as reference in the extraction process of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide.
