《食用菌栽培学》实验教学的改革、探索与实践

摘    要:《食用菌栽培学》作为生物专业的专业课程之一,是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,整个课程学习以实验教学贯穿始终。为适应社会对应用型人才的需求,在长期教学实践的基础上,学习并借鉴相近学科的教学模式,对食用菌栽培学实验教学的内容、教学方法、生产实践和考核评价体系等各个环节进行改革与探索,并通过实践取得较好的教学效果。

Abstract:The edible mushroom cultivation as biology professional course is a typical subject with strong practicality and applicability,and the experimental teaching runs through modern.According to the long-term teaching and teaching mode of close disciplines,the teaching content,teaching method,production practice and examination assessment system in the course of the experimental teaching of edible mushroom cultivation were explored and practiced to meet the applied talents demands of society.The better teaching effect were obtained through practice.
