摘    要:通过不同浓度和浸泡时间对木薯蚕种卵面消毒效果的试验,探索浓度和浸泡时间的最佳处理组合。试验表明:2.5%福尔马林溶液浸泡20min后,对卵面消毒效果最好,该处理组合的卵孵化率、3龄幼虫成活率、100粒茧重以及蚕茧产量均比对照增长明显,达极显著差异,比其他处理组合有不同程度的增长。

Abstract:By means of the experiment of different concentrations and soaking times' impact on disinfection effect to cassava silkworm egg,the best-bet treatment was researched.The results show that 2.5% formalin with 20 min soaking has the best effect.The egg hatchability,3 age larva surviving rate,100 cocoon weight and cocoon yield are all increasing obviously comparing with control group,reaching extra significant difference and somewhat increasing comparing with other treatments.
