| 摘 要： | 为了摸清广西木薯产业发展情况,通过半结构化主题指南和结构化问卷调查,对木薯产业链的增值幅度进行了量化分析,从价值链的增值环节等角度开展相关分析研究。结果表明,广西木薯产业可归结为四种价值链类型,价值链I没有中间环节,降低了工厂生产成本,但易受市场供求波动影响;价值链IV增值多少取决于生猪市场价格;价值链II和III分别解决偏远地区农户木薯销售难和木薯采后贮存难问题,特别是价值链III更利于增加农民收入,是一种值得推广的成功模式。 |

| Abstract: | In order to understand the development situation of Guangxi Cassava Industry, by means of semi-structured Subject Guide and structured questionnaire survey, the value-increase extent of cassava industry-chain is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that there are four kinds of value-chain types in Guangxi Cassava Industry, value-chain I has no midst link, which can reduce production cost in factory, but easily impacted by market supply and demand fluctuations; the value-increase of value- chain IV depends on pig market price; value-chain II and III can solve the problems of farmers＇ diffi- culties of product sale and storage in remote area; especially, value-chain III is to the benefit of farm- ers＇ income-increase so that it is a successful mode worth to be extended. |
