摘    要:针对当前制约有机茶生产发展的技术瓶颈问题,根据有机茶标准技术体系,从有机茶产地环境质量、生产技术、加工技术、产品标准等五个方面,研究有机茶标准化生产、管理的技术体系,为提高产品质量,增强市场竞争力,增加农民收入,提高产业效益,提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Owing to the bottleneck problem in technology that constraints the development of organic tea production,the technique system of standardized production and management of organic tea are studied in terms of the environmental quality of organic tea production base,production technique,processing technique and product criteria based on standardized technique system of organic tea in this paper.The purpose of the study is to provide the technique support for improvement of product quality,strengthening of high competition for markets and increase of farmers' income as well as increase of industry effect.
