节瓜种子休眠机理初探

摘    要:本实验主要用脱落酸,赤霉素、细胞分裂素三种激素的不同浓度或者不同的混合配方来浸种。另外,又用浓硫酸在不同的时间下,破壳处理毛节瓜种子,旨在研究节瓜种子休眠机制和破除休眠的方法。实验证明赤霉素是主要的促进剂,所有实验以80ppm赤霉素 20ppm脱落酸 25ppm细胞分裂素对节瓜种子的萌发促进效果最好,发芽率达到72.6%,比对照增加了67.3%。脱落酸是种子萌发的主要抑制物质,抑制萌发的最佳浓度是25ppm,种壳亦是抑制萌发的因素之一,用浓硫酸处理种壳有一定解除休眠作用,其处理最佳时间是3分钟,发芽率为21.33%,比对照增加16%。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted by using three kinds of different hormone in terms of concentration and ingredients,such as desquamation acid,gibberellin,cell division element,to wet seed.Additionally,hairy gourd seed was shuked by using oil of vitriol at different time,aiming at studying dormancy mechanism of hairy gourd and the methods of relieving dormancy.The result of the experiment indicated that gibberellin was the major accelerant.Among all experiments, the model "desquamation acid 80ppm gibberellin20ppm cell division element 25ppm resulted in the best result in accelerating germination of hairy gourd seed,with germinating rate up to72.6%,increasing to 67.3% compared to the conventional group.Desquamation acid was the major stayer of germination of hairy gourd seed.The desirable concentration of restrainning seed from germinating was at 25ppm.And seed shuck was also one of the elements that restrained seed from gerinating.Oil of vitriol could be used to shuck dormancy seed,with the best time lasting for 3 minutes,germinating rate up to21.33%,increasing 16% compared to the conventional group.
