| 摘 要： | 针对百色市辖区中、低产耕地面积广、耕地土壤酸化严重、工矿污染逐年加重、抵御化解自然风险能力弱等耕地质量现状,深入分析耕地质量保护难点与不利因素,提出保护提升耕地质量的对策：提高耕地质量保护认识;建立耕地质量保护长效机制;建立耕地质量动态监测网络;加强耕地质量保护技术开发和推广。 |
