摘    要:为了解长期使用大棚对土壤微生物的影响,选取使用10、15、25a的蔬菜大棚,对其土壤中主要微生物类群和部分功能微生物类群进行研究。结果表明:随着使用大棚进行蔬菜栽培年限的增加,土壤pH值逐渐降低,土壤中细菌数量明显减少,放线菌数量变化不显著;土壤中霉菌和酵母菌数量明显增加,细菌/真菌(B/F)值逐渐降低;好氧自生固氮菌、纤维素分解菌和氨化细菌数量逐渐增加。

Abstract:To understand the effects of long-term cultivation in greenhouse on soil microorganisms,the greenhouses in which vegetables were cultivated for 10,15 and 25 years,respectively,were chosen,and the main microbial community and some functional microorganisms in vegetable greenhouse soil were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of cultivation years,the soil pH value decreased and the amount of bacteria decreased,the amount of actinomyceshad almost no change;the amount of mould and yeast increased significantly,the ratio of B/F(bacteria/fungi) decreased;the amount of aerobic self-nitrogen-fixing bacteria,cellulose decomposing bacteria and anaerobic ammonibacteria increased.
