摘    要:以盆栽月季春之舞为试材,研究了多效唑(PP333)、矮壮素(CCC)和缩节胺(DPC)3种植物生长延缓剂对盆栽月季的矮化效果。结果表明:在适宜浓度梯度范围内,随着植物生长延缓剂施用剂量的加大,矮化效果增强。在浓度相同条件下,灌根比叶喷矮化效果好。其中300mg/L PP333灌根和700mg/L PP333叶喷处理的月季节间长分别比清水对照缩短44.51%和45.70%、株高降低38.09%和39.92%、叶片中叶绿素含量增加35.64%和34.65%、可溶性糖含量增加15.87%和30.95%、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高57.10%和120.64%、过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高36.01%和106.83%。300mg/L PP333灌根和700mg/L PP333叶喷处理月季矮化效果最好,叶色浓绿,株型饱满,观赏价值更高。

Abstract:Using the potted rose Chunzhiwu as experimental material,this experiment studied the influence of plant growth retardants paclobutrazol(PP333),chlorcholinchlorid(CCC),and mepiquat chlorride(DPC)on potted rose.The result showed that in a proper concentration range,the dwarfing result of plant growth retardants at a high concentration was better than at a low concentration.At a specific concentration,the dwarfing result by root renching was better than by leaf spraying.The dwarfing results of root drenching with 300 mg/L PP333 and leaf spraying with 700 mg/L PP333 were better;contrast to CK(treated by water),the two treatments shortened the internode length by 44.51%/45.70%,dwarfed plant height by 38.09%/39.92%,increased the plant chlorophyll content by 35.64%/34.65% and soluble sugar content by 15.87%/30.95%,and promoted the SOD activities by 57.10%/120.64% and POD activities by 36.01%/106.83%.These treated plants revealed compact shape,even green leaves,and their appearance for viewing was improved.
