摘    要:研究了低能离子束注入过程中真空对小麦过氧化物酶同工酶的影响。结果表明 ,真空处理不影响种子的发芽率 ,经 7.5min至 8h真空处理后的样品 (在同一取材时间 )的芽长变化不大 ,但均大于对照 ;其酶活随着取材时间的延长呈现增加趋势 ,与对照保持一致 ;不同真空处理时间的样品在相同取材时间的酶活随着真空时间的延长呈现稍微增加的趋势。

Abstract:Effect of wheat's POD treated with vacuum in the process of low energy ion beam implantation was researched. It was found that vacuum couldn't influent to seeds' germination rate. The length of shoots had no evidence difference among different sample treated with vacuum time of 7.5 min-8 h at same sampling time,but they all were longer than the control group. Same as the control sample, the activities of POD of samples treated with vacuum were increasing with prolongation of the sampling time.The activities of POD of samples treated with different vacuum time at same sampling time were increasing with the prolongation of vacuum time.
