| 摘 要： | 在简述种子贮藏蛋白组成的基础上,对醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白等主要谷类种子贮藏蛋白的基因启动子研究进展进行了概述,特别是对调控种子贮藏蛋白基因种子特异性表达的重要顺式作用元件,如AACA基序、GCN4基序和醇溶蛋白框等的结构和功能给予了较详尽的介绍。同时,对种子贮藏蛋白基因启动子在生产目的基因产物、定向改良作物农艺性状等方面的应用进行了综述,并提出了存在的问题与展望。

| Abstract: | Advances on studies of gene promoters from prolamins and glutelins in main cereal seeds are described based on the summary of seed storage proteins composition.The construction and function of various cis-regulatory elements of seed-specific promoters,such as AACA motif,GCN4 motif and prolamin box are analyzed.The expression quantity of exogenous gene and another problems probably by the application of seed-specific promoters are also introduced briefly. |
