迟心4号晚熟菜心核基因雄性不育系回交转育研究

摘    要:根据复等位基因遗传假说,利用现有白菜雄性不育系(Z05-31A)作为不育源,以晚熟菜心品种迟心4号为轮回亲本,经过杂交、回交、自交、测交等转育方法,将核不育基因转入迟心4号中,其不育株率和不育度均达到100%。育成了具有白菜核不育基因的迟心4号新甲型雄性不育两用系、临时保持系和雄性不育系。

Abstract:Based on the Multiple Allele Hypothesis of male sterility,the male sterile lines Z05-31A of Chinese cabbage was used as a source of male sterility,and the fertile lines of flowering Chinese cabbage variety Chixin 4 as recurrent parent.The gene of male sterility was transferred to the flowering Chinese cabbage Chixin 4 by means of crossing,back-crossing,self-crossing and test crossing.The sterile rate and the sterility of Chixin 4 reached to 100%.Then the new AB line type I,new male sterile lines and their corresponding temporary maintainers of flowering Chinese cabbage were abtained from the transferred progenies.
