土壤理化性质对高效液相色谱法检测农药效果的影响

摘    要:选取性质不同的3种有机磷农药(毒死蜱、3,5,6-TCP、氧化乐果)和理化性质差别较大的6种土壤(滨海风沙土、惜福镇棕壤、梨园半固定风沙土、莱阳褐土、棘洪滩潮土和莱阳棕壤),进行土壤中农药加标回收试验,计算加标回收率和多次测定结果的相对标准偏差,研究土壤理化性质对高效液相色谱检测有机农药效果的影响。结果表明,土壤理化性质对农药检测准确度和精密度的影响与农药加标量有关,总体上当农药加标量较高时,影响不明显,当加标量较低时,影响较大。农药的性质不同,土壤理化性质对农药检测效果的影响不同,其中疏水性强的有机农药,有机质对其检测效果的影响较大,而水溶性强的农药,其检测效果受阳离子交换量(CEC)的影响较大;农药在土壤中的形态受p H值影响越大,其检出效果受p H值的影响也越大;全氮、全钾、全磷对农药加标回收率的影响无明显的规律。总之,土壤理化性质对高效液相色谱法检测农药效果有较大影响,影响强度与农药性质、加标量等因素有关。

Abstract:To study the effects of soil physical and chemical properties on detection of organic pesticides by high performance liquid chromatography,the experiment on the rate of recovery was conducted using three kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides with different properties (chlorpyrifos,3,5,6-TCP,omethoate) and six kinds of soils with different physical and chemical properties(Coastal sandy soil,Xifu town brown soil,pear orchard semi-fixed sandy soil,Laiyang cinnamon soil,Jihongtan moisture soil and Laiyang brown soil),and the rate of recovery and the relative standard deviation were calculated.The results showed that the influence of soil physical and chemical properties on accuracy and precision of pesticide detection was correlated with the pesticide scalar added.On the whole,the influence was not significant when the pesticide scalar added was higher,but it was obvious when the pesticide scalar added was lower.The soil physical and chemical properties had different influences on detection results for pesticides with different properties.The stronger the hydrophobicity of pesticide was,the greater the influence of organic matter on pesticide test results was.The stronger the hydrophilic property of pesticide was,the greater the influence of cation exchange capacity (CEC) on pesticide test results was.The greater the influence of pH on pesticide morphology in soil was,the greater the influence of pH on pesticide test results was.No significant relationship was observed between the dctcction effects and the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium.In short,soil physical and chemical properties have influences on the accuracy and precision of the detection results of organic pesticides by high performance liquid chromatography,related with the pesticide properties and the pesticide scalar added.
