皂荚实生苗与嫁接苗皂刺单株质量及药用成分含量比较

摘    要:为了比较皂荚实生苗、皂荚砧木嫁接苗、野皂荚砧木嫁接苗皂刺单株质量及药用成分的差异,采用天平测量3种苗木皂刺单株质量,并分别利用HPLC法和比色法测定其药用成分槲皮素和多酚含量。结果表明,3种苗木皂刺单株质量分别为516、872、335 g,皂荚砧木嫁接苗最高,皂荚实生苗次之,野皂荚砧木嫁接苗最低,相互之间均呈极显著差异;3种皂刺槲皮素含量分别为0.002%、0.001%、0.005%,野皂荚砧木嫁接苗最高,实生苗次之,皂荚砧木嫁接苗最低,相互之间均呈极显著差异;多酚含量分别为0.844%、0.595%、0.859%,野皂荚砧木嫁接苗最高,实生苗次之,二者不存在显著差异,但二者与皂荚砧木嫁接苗相比均呈极显著差异。野皂荚砧木嫁接苗槲皮素和多酚含量均最高但产量最低;皂荚砧木嫁接苗槲皮素和多酚含量均最低但产量最高;皂荚实生苗槲皮素和多酚含量居中,产量亦居中。

Abstract:In order to compare the individual plant quality and medicinal ingredients content of the spines,the spine mass of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.stock seedlings,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and Gleditsia microphylla were measured by balance,and polyphenols and quercetin contents were calibrated through HPLC and colorimetric method.The results showed that the individual plant qualities of the three kinds of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.spines were 516 g,872 g and 335 g,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia sinensis Lam.were the highest among them,the second were stock seedlings,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia microphylla were the lowest,and they had significant difference respectively.The quercetin contents of the three kinds of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.spines were 0.002%,0.001%,0.005%,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia microphylla were the highest,the second were stock seedlings,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia sinensis Lam.were the lowest,and they had significant difference respectively.The total polyphenol contents were 0.844%,0.595%,0.859%,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia microphylla were the highest,the second were stock seedlings,there was no significant difference between them,but the two had extremely significant difference compared with grafted seedlings on Gleditsia sinensis Lam.In conclusion,quercetin and total polyphenol contents of grafted seedlings on Gleditsia microphylla were highest but the production was lowest,the second were stock seedlings and so was its production,grafted seedlings on Gleditsia sinensis Lam.were lowest but had the highest production.
