摘    要:石榴为多年生木本植物,且遗传背景较为复杂。随着生物技术的发展与运用,组织培养与基因遗传转化技术结合的方法将成为石榴育种的新途径。从石榴组织培养和遗传转化两方面分别综述外植体的选择、愈伤组织的诱导和分化,以及遗传转化的主要方法、所用基因类型和抗生素种类、转化植株的鉴定方法等,并对石榴遗传转化研究前景进行展望。

Abstract:Pomegranate is a perennial woody plant,and has complex genetic background.With the development and application of biological technology,the combination of tissue culture and genetic transformation would be a new way for pomegranate breeding.The tissue culture and genetic transformation of pomegranate are the main contents of present study.The selection of implants,callus induction and differentiation,genetic transformation method,types of genes and antibiotics,identification method of transformed plants and so on were summarized.The development prospect and problems of pomegranate genetic transformation were also presented in this paper.
