烟草青枯病病圃土壤细菌组成的高通量测序分析

摘    要:为了解烟草青枯病与土壤细菌群落结构的关系,采用454焦磷酸测序技术对烟草青枯病抗性鉴定圃中的土壤细菌组成进行了分析。结果表明,从病圃土壤中获得了1 963条高质量序列,归属于14个已知细菌门类、尚未培养出的细菌和分类地位未知的种类,其中变形菌门、绿弯菌门、酸杆菌门、浮霉菌门、放线菌门、芽单胞菌门为病圃土壤中的优势菌群,分别占总菌群数的29.91%、17.10%、13.73%、11.46%、7.08%、6.40%。烟草青枯病病圃土壤中的拟杆菌门和放线菌门细菌在总菌群中丰度较低,可能与烟草青枯病发生存在关联。

Abstract:In order to understand the relationship between soil bacterial community structure and tobacco bacterial wilt disease,the soil bacterial composition and diversity in tobacco bacterial wilt disease nursery were investigated by 454 pyrosequencing.The results indicated that a total of 1 963 effective reads were obtained from soil sample,which belonged to 14 phyla of bacteria,uncultured bacteria and unclassified bacteria.Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Chloroflexi,Acidobacteria,Planctomycetes,Actinobacteria and Gemmatimonadetes were dominant taxa,accounting for 29.91%,17.10%,13.73%,11.46%,7.08%,6.40% of the total bacterial groups in the soil,respectively.The lower abundance of Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria might be associated with the occurrence of tobacco bacterial wilt disease.
