| Abstract: | Testing the viability of fruit tree pollen contained dyeing,germination,pollination and some other methods.Dyeing method often includes diaminobiphenyl dyeing,TTC dyeing,I2-KI dyeing,FCR dyeing,etc.Germination method includes germination in vitro and germination in vivo.This paper summarized the various methods of testing fruit tree pollen viability and thier application,and compared the detection results of each method. |
