摘    要:2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)是常用的除草剂和植物生长调节剂,并被广泛应用于提高水果品质和延长保鲜时间,但其毒性和残留问题日益受到人们的重视。为了给2,4-D的检测提供方便,从免疫毒性、生殖毒性及其他毒性方面综述了其毒副作用,简要叙述了其检测方法,如高效液相色谱法、气象色谱法、联用技术、免疫学检测方法等。
